Job Description
Requirements:
- BS/MS in computer science.
- Professional Certification or training in Agile Project coordination or Business Analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in software project coordination & business/system analysis.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent technical project & requirements documentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage & coordinate with Senior development & other functional teams.
- Proficient in multi-tasking and time-management.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating project activities with the in-house software development team using agile methodologies.
- Creating, organizing & delegating project tasks to the development team.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
- Using data modelling techniques & requirements documentation best practices.
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements.
- Establishing project reporting & documentation framework.
