Job Description
Our client is an E-commerce solution provider company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. They are currently seeking a Software Projects Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and assisting in project tasks.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate between clients, the development team, SQA team, and project manager to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain and communicate project status to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and update project boards using tools such as Jira, Redmine, Notion, or other relevant software.
- Work with team members across the organization to address and efficiently manage every aspect of a project according to company standards.
- Monitor and track project progress, and handle any issues that arise.
Required skills:
- Professional degree in management or computer science.
- At least 1+ year of proven project management experience in the IT/software industry.
- Ability to organize and manage projects using project management tools like Trello or Asana.
- Professional attitude and strong ownership mindset.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
