Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the project related tasks including project planning, regular status updates, project documentation and customer handling. You will be interacting with the engineering team for monitoring the work progress and timely delivery of the project milestones. This role includes frequent interaction with the customer as well as the management for regular status updates.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the project plans and monitor their progress.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation.
  • Identification of risks and resolution of issues faced on the project.
  • Gather regular updates from the engineering team.
  • Prepare status to provide regular project updates to the key stakeholders and addressing their concerns.
  • Ensure that the project deliverables meet the quality requirements and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field from an accredited university.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

  • The work hours for this position are in the US time zone (Pacific Standard Time) from 8 PM to 5 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
