Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Being involved in the project from the planning stages
- Coordinating project timeframes, resources, equipment, and statistics
- Clearly defining project objectives
- Creating and adhering to a budget that incorporates cost-saving measures
- Motivating others and generating enthusiasm for a project by focusing on its major goals.
- Communicating with various departments in the organization to ensure alignment
- Keeping management updated on the project’s development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Project management certifications: CAPM, PMP or similar (desirable)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experience in planning and schedule management
- Excellent written comprehension with negotiation skills
