Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Cost Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring budgetary control throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, a keen eye for detail, and excellent analytical skills. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to develop accurate cost projections and monitor expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Key responsibilities include determining material, labor, and equipment costs, evaluating subcontractor bids, and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities. Proficiency in industry-standard cost estimation software and a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field are preferred.
