Technical Expertise:

• Should be an expert in EMV (Contact & Contactless), Card & payment expertise, HSM, E-Commerce, 3d Secure, ATM, ISO standards, Oracle, Settlement & Clearing process.
• Should have knowledge of Scheme Certification (VISA, MASTERCARD, UPI, JCB, PAYPAK)

Experience Required:

8 – 12 years of experience is required

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop a clear strategy for implementing solutions that align with the company’s goals and long-term vision.
2. Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
3. Lead and manage a cross-functional team of project managers, TSS, Product developers, Customization, and other relevant professionals.
4. Collaborate with the technology and product teams to evaluate and select appropriate solutions that meet the client’s requirements.
5. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed Functional specifications.
6. Establish relationships with clients and technology partners, and manage negotiations and ongoing relationships.
7. Identify potential risks and challenges related to implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
8. Create and manage budgets for implementation projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
9. Ensure that all implemented solutions comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards PCI.
10. Oversee thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and functionality of the implemented solutions.
11. Develop and execute change management.
12. Coordinate training programs to educate resources about the solutions, and provide ongoing support for any issues that arise.
13. Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and provide regular reports to senior management.
14. Foster effective communication and collaboration across various teams, including Support, TSS, HR, and Business.
15. Continuously assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
16. Quickly identify and address any issues or roadblocks that arise during implementation, finding efficient solutions to keep the project on track.
