Job Description
Closely collaborates with Project Manager, coordinating and exercising functional authority in planning and scheduling, cost engineering, manpower planning and control, including management reporting throughout the duration of the project.
ACADEMIC EDUCATION: University and/or College Education with a Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Construction Technology/Management.
WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 5 to 7 years of work experience in planning and scheduling for major construction projects related to Oil & Gas, Power, Refinery, Petrochemical Plants, and Piping Installations projects. Middle East experience is advantageous.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Leads and provides guidance to project team in the preparation of project schedule after contract awarding.
- Finalizes the preparation of project control plan necessary in defining work scopes, estimates, budgets plan, work schedules, and resources.
- Oversees allocation and assessment of manpower resource to project.
- Evaluates project manpower census reports and movements.
- Monitors and assists in the preparations of analysis of project manpower requirements projection.
- Conducts analysis of Cost and Revenue trends and prepares reports.
