Job Description
Position: Project Executive
“The person will handle day to day activities for stores, construction of production house and branches as per development plan. Also, willingness to work late, and travel within the assigned territory.”
Qualification: Bachelor of Technology (Civil)/(DAE) Civil
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Main Accountabilities:
- Responsible for all construction activities nationwide
- Responsible for end-to-end project delivery.
- Supervising workers, subcontractors, and work activities.
- Helping project managers plan the work program.
- Completing records for site reports.
- Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
Competencies & Skills:
- Hand-on experience in Auto CAD
- Must be able to compose BOQ and extract quantities from drawings.
- The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents.
- A good understanding of safety procedures.
- The ability to mediate to resolve issues.
- Good writing skills, and excellent communication skills.
