Job Description
At MKTG Consultants, we specialize in Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing, activations, and trade marketing. Our mission is to enhance product visibility through innovative solutions powered by AI and picture recognition technology.
Responsibilities:
- Activation Strategy: Develop and execute activation strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Promoter Programs: Oversee promoter recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize resources.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Travel: Be prepared to travel to adjacent cities for on-site activations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record in managing activation projects (promoter programs, events, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
The position is budgeted at PKR 100K/Month
