Job Description
Initiating customer onboarding and environment up-gradation projects
Coordinating project planning sessions with stakeholders
Establishing project milestones and timelines
Developing detailed project plans using tools like MS Project
Communicating project plans to teams and stakeholders
Monitoring project life cycles and milestone achievements
Anticipating and communicating delays to stakeholders
Moving customer environments to billing post projects
Performing pricing analyses and data analysis
Escalating customer issues and providing input on process improvements
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in computer science, 3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office
