Job Description

Narsun Studios is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Project Management Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with team members and stakeholders, defining project objectives, and overseeing quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute project-related reports and documentation
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Ensure resources are available and allocated appropriately
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Assist in managing project resources and ensure adherence to frameworks, maintaining appropriate documentation for each project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and efficient in managing tasks and deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving skills
