Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role at DotClick in Karachi.
Morning shift: Timings are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualification and Role Description:
- Analytical Skills, Program Management, and Project Management abilities
- Strong Communication and Project Planning skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Assist in managing and coordinating project activities, ensuring they are executed within scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation measures
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, including tasks, schedules, and resource allocation
- Contribute to effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met
- Assist in facilitating project meetings and preparing necessary documentation such as meeting minutes and status reports
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring they align with planned costs
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making
