- Specialist – Project Management
- Specialist – Service Delivery
Key Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in HR or related qualification.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Business Operations (benefits administration, HRIS administration, employee records, and payroll).
- Experience in HRMS software implementation is an advantage.
- Must be strong with numbers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of HRMS solutions.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Handle assigned clients for subscribed modules.
- Timely delivery of monthly reports as per client requirements.
