Job Description
We are an innovative tech company specializing in building robust, scalable applications for global clients. We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with expertise in .NET Core and Flutter to lead exciting software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end software development projects using .NET Core and Flutter technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project meetings.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes in project scope.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
- Ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven Project Manager experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core and Flutter.
- Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
