Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager at our Karāchi location.
Responsibilities
- Client Retention
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Query Resolution
- Efficiently address client queries related to Ebook projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions and ensure timely responses.
- Communication Channels:
- Manage communication across multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to client inquiries.
- Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end management of Ebook projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Quality Assurance
- Implement and maintain quality standards for Ebook content and services.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with client expectations.
- Performance Metrics
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and project success.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic enhancements.
- Training and Development
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Ebook support and management.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Proficient in using project management tools and software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the publishing or digital content industry is a plus.
