Job Description

We are looking for a “Project Manager” who will be in charge of assisting our project manager in organizing our ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Ensure resources allocation on projects per their availability, avoiding double-booked or over-booking, etc.
• Reporting variances in project schedules.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Work with the Project Manager to mitigate risks and eliminate blockers.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in project coordination of Software Projects, or similar role.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing, teamworking and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira or Trello)
• PMP certification is a plus.

Location: PECHS, Karachi (On-site)

• Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm
