- Maintain clear and organized documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and client communications.
- Regularly meet with clients for clear, professional communication and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with client goals.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.
- Handle any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong proficiency in ClickUp and project management tools.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with international clients and time zone management.
- Outstanding time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
