Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives, managing capex projects over $10 million.
- Create and manage plans via Smartsheets, collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
- Engage with leadership, teams, and stakeholders to communicate progress and mitigate risks.
- Align teams with business objectives, fill roles as needed, and maintain a proactive delivery mindset.
Qualifications/Skills:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in complex environments.
- Experience leading global, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a technical background.
- Comfortable working in the EST time zone (Evening/Night shift).
