Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks are identified and scheduled.
• Execute project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Utilize Jira to manage project tasks, track progress, and facilitate communication among team members.
• Provide training and support to team members on Jira usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document project user flows.
• Optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction by delivering high-quality results.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Proactively communicate potential risks to stakeholders and propose solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in using project management tools, with a strong emphasis on Jira.
• Solid understanding of project user flows and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
