Job Description
Project – Laminate / SPC Floor New Plant
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the setup of the SPC Floor Manufacturing Plant
- Conduct feasibility studies, site selection, and facility design
- Bridge negotiations with machinery suppliers
- Build and develop key HODs and team leaders during selections of machinery and project layout
- Travel for machinery inspection before shipment and oversee installation and commissioning of the plant
- Develop production processes, quality control measures, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
Qualifications & Capabilities
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field
- Team leader capabilities, able to identify hiring needs of the project and develop training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Understand the financial aspect of the project
- Handle Govt. Depts
