Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to oversee our Mobile Money and Migrants Project. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to mobile money solutions for migrant workers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project resources and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals and objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of project outputs and milestones.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects in the mobile money or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of mobile money solutions and their application in migrant worker communities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
