Job Description
- Prepare project management plan
- Manage and monitor the project, staffing plans, budgets, and minutes of meetings.
- Plan and supervise project activities
- Define and manage project scope
- Resolve routine project issues during project execution
- Manage project teams and resources
- Perform regular project communication with the client and management and report project progress
- Co-ordinate with Project Sponsor and project team
- Understand the scope of the effort in terms of requirements, man-hours, or functionality points
- With the help of the relevant leads, define project parameters, i.e., timelines, manpower requirements, risks, estimates, etc.
- Negotiate, establish, coordinate and oversee the project’s deliverables
- Act as the “client” for the local project team
- Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage
- Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
- Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team
- Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
- All other duties as assigned by the CEO.
