Job Description
Timings: 6pm – 3am PKT (Hybrid)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes, policies, and regulations.
- Proficiency in requirements-gathering techniques, business process modeling, and documentation.
- Experience creating functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and familiarity with SDLC processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience in working on software development projects, preferably in insurance.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
