Job Description
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Software Project Manager/Scrum Master with IT sector experience, focused on delivering top-notch CRM solutions via Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires expertise in managing agile projects, especially in Scrum frameworks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop efficient system solutions
- Manage full project life cycle from planning to deployment
- Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
- Effectively handle scope, risks, and timelines
- Build relationships with stakeholders for successful project outcomes
- Complete project documentation as per our PMO process
- Utilize project knowledge to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in computer science or business administration
- PMP and Scrum Master certifications preferred
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management/Scrum Master experience
- Experience in IT and Business/Operational Units
- Strong client-facing personality with superior customer service skills
