Job Description
We are a leading construction firm seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and relocate to GaramChashma region of Chitral, KPK.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage civil construction projects from initiation to handing over, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities for smooth project progress and compliance.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction project management with strong technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
