Job Description
Solway Energy Pvt. Ltd is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing solar projects within budget, timeline, and scope. They will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and providing updates to stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Master/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
- Manage and assist with solar project purchases, development, and operation of rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, reporting, and administrative responsibilities of the site, while achieving company objectives.
- Monitor the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project design, communication with key stakeholders, client coordination, project execution progress reporting, project performance monitoring, and project closure.
- Review and select government tenders in line with company requirements, and assist in preparing and arranging all necessary paperwork in collaboration with the design team.
- Provide technical support to the Sales Department, including monitoring, evaluating, executing, and reporting operations to the General Manager. Follow up on sales leads and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient execution.
