Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Projects South to join our HVAC & MEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC & MEP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and technical specifications.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to oversee project activities.
- Manage project resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules.
- Foster a collaborative working environment within the project team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HVAC & MEP field.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing project documentation.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
