Job Description
Takmeel Square is a commercial project in DHA Bahawalpur, offering 6 & 4 marla commercial units. As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-efficient, and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide solutions.
- Oversee procurement, manage finances, and ensure compliance.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and update clients regularly.
Requirements:
- BA/MA in Civil Eng. or Construction Mgmt.
- Proven Project Manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software & MS Office.
- PMP certification is a plus.
