Role Description
The Doer’s Network is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to manage the day-to-day tasks associated with client projects. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lahore, which may include some remote work. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects, timelines, and budgets and will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The Project Manager will use their exceptional communication skills to manage client expectations and ensure that project goals are being met.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and techniques
- Ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams towards successful project completion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in Agile Project Management or PMP are a plus
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
