Job Description
ChinesePod, a leading web-based Chinese language-learning platform, is hiring a Project Manager/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of Chinese language experience (HSK 1/2 proficiency or higher) and strong English skills to assist clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
- Manage projects to improve ChinesePod’s services.
- Test applications and websites for quality assurance.
Qualifications: Proficient in English, actively learning Chinese, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in customer service or project management is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract (5 months) | Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs120,00.00/month | Expected hours: 40-50/week
