Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 8–10 years in high-rise building projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in preparing Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), Rate Analysis, Variation Orders, and managing Price Escalation.
- Ability to calculate quantities for Electrical and HVAC works.
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical and estimation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities with project teams.
