Job Description
Business Analytics Pvt Limited is seeking a talented Project Coordinator with 1+ years of experience and a strong background in project management to join our Islamabad team.
Job Summary: As a Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of enterprise solution projects. You’ll assist the Project Lead/Manager, coordinate team activities, and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings with timely follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Assist in project planning, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Draft and present project reports and updates
- Utilize project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Kanban) to monitor progress
- Support business process improvements by analyzing data models
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Background in O & A Levels is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Visio
- Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Project management certifications are a plus
