Position Title:

Project Trainee – Q Commerce Content & Campaigns

Responsibilities:

• Assist the AM Content to develop and execute new processes/SOPs, continuously improve processes, analyze data, and update the system.
• Be a creative problem solver and conduct root cause analysis.
• Onboard and activate new accounts.
• Provide support to the sales team by conducting face-to-face/call training sessions with prospective clients.
• Plan and project manage the operational roll-out of our self-service tool solution globally, ensuring completion of key project deliverables and follow-up on outstanding tasks.
• Manage a team of content associates to review content quality and generate insights for improvement.
• Implement necessary training and coaching programs, and develop training materials to enhance agents and countries’ performance.
• Design and execute content quality improvement initiatives to maximize conversion rate.
• Support on-ground product scanning activities at vendor stations.
• Ensure all tasks are completed and changes are made within the turnaround time.

Requirements:

• BBA – Fresh graduate.
• Prior experience of collaborating with different teams preferred.
• Exposure to process improvements, quality tools, and methods.
• Experience in defining and deploying content guidelines.
• Attention to detail and artistic eye.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
• Photo editing skills will be preferred.
