Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi Division for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products and services to potential clients, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications:
- Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adept at conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Passion for sales and achieving targets
- Understanding of the real estate industry, specifically in Karachi, is a plus
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
