Job Description
– Ensure LOKAL Room standards & and services are up to mark by maintaining quality checks as per the standard operating procedure.
– Entertain guest requests and handle complaints by resolving them within a given timeframe
– Ensure all upcoming bookings are updated in hotel records, maintain quality assurance reports, and submit them timely to the reporting authority
– Maintain inter-departmental relationships in the hotel and across the LOKAL rooms chain
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Industry
- 1+ years experience in the hotel industry
- Highly motivated and passionate about serving in the field of hospitality, with a solution-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Experience in housekeeping and front office is a plus
