Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Tax Scheduler / Property Tax Accountant to join our team at Horizon Technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in data management tools, and a disciplined approach to repetitive tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate review and processing of tax-related documents.
Must Haves:
- Proficient in English verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Access for managing large data sets.
- Strong discipline in accurate data entry with minimal errors.
- Ability to review various documents to identify sales tax levels.
- Background in accounting or taxation preferable.
- Experience with remote work using VPN, terminal servers, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify sales tax in various documents at detail and summary levels.
- Utilize Excel and Access for managing and analyzing data sets.
- Perform data entry with high accuracy and minimal errors.
- Collaborate with team members for timely processing of property tax assessments.
- Maintain organized records of tax-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries of property tax obligations.

- Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Night Shift)
- Office Location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
