We are searching for a motivated Proposal Coordinator to prepare, edit, and finalize technical proposals and bid documents. The successful candidate will gather input from various departments, including technical, finance, and operations, while ensuring alignment with RFP and tender specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive library of proposal templates, enforcing version control, and liaising with stakeholders for timely approvals.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Physics, a strong command of English (both written and spoken), and proficiency in MS Office. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
