Job Description
We are seeking a Provider Credentialing Specialist to manage provider enrollment and credentialing operations. Duties include verifying licenses and certifications, performing primary source verifications, submitting and monitoring credentialing applications (CAQH, Medicare/Medicaid, commercial payers), maintaining accurate credentialing records, and ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with credentialing systems and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years of healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment experience are preferred.
