POSITION: PR Executive

COMPANY: Nanosoft Technologies

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME (onsite)

LOCATION: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 6, Karachi

TIMINGS: 10:00AM-7:00PM

Nanosoft Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the technical or software industry, with at least two years of experience in public relations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the technical landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers within the technical/software industry.

· Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.

· Expand and implement essential PR campaigns to achieve increased brand visibility and media coverage.

· Successfully cultivate relationship with leading media outlets, influencers and stake holders enhancing the company’s reputation.

· Track and evaluate media coverage, delivering insightful reports to inform and shape future PR strategies.

· Plan and execute PR events such as industry events.

· Conduct research to understand the market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the technical industry.

· Oversee and manage the company’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.

· Monitor, analyze, and report on PR campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing actionable insights for improvement.

· Work closely with the marketing, HR, sales and admin teams to manage the company events.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Minimum of 2 years in a PR role, preferably within the technical or software industry.

· At least Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of technical concepts and industry.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proven ability to build and maintain media relationships.

· Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

· Experience in planning and executing PR events.
