Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison with concerned department to acquire a list of requirements.
• Receive the POs, perform price negotiations with suppliers, and confirm timely orders after verification of final price and approval from Team Lead Purchase.
• Daily check the progress on placed orders according to the procurement plan.
• Perform the purchases of required items/material according to the purchase order and ensure on-time delivery.
• Place orders with vendors for the procurement of required goods and negotiate efficient timely lines.
• Prepare a detailed plan of advance payments (when required) and take concerned authority’s approval on it.
• Prepare an advance payments status report (as and when required) and present it to Team Lead Purchase.
• Ensure to procure quality efficient items at competitive prices.
• Perform ongoing efforts to bring down prices for the top 80% procured items.
• Responsible to negotiate maximum credits with the vendors in order to facilitate the company in managing its cash flows.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in procurement.

Compensation:

• The salary for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. The range for the Purchase Executive position is 5500 to 700 Monthly/-
