Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Purchase Officer (Administration) to oversee procurement for our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating competitive prices, and maintaining accurate procurement records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure office supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Negotiate favorable pricing agreements with vendors.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply.
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
