Tajarat Properties is seeking a committed Purchase Officer to oversee procurement operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent vendor management skills and the ability to efficiently manage on-site material procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of construction materials and tools.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure punctual delivery of materials to prevent project delays.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in construction procurement.
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
