Job Description
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player responsible for overseeing the entire order process. Key responsibilities include reviewing proposals, negotiating prices, selecting suppliers, analyzing trends, following up on orders, verifying deliveries, approving payments, and maintaining records. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs)
- Modify terms and conditions of purchase agreements
- Conduct commercial analysis on suppliers for process optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
