Job Description
- Primarily responsible for implementing and improving quality processes
- Contributes to the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
- Performs regular call monitoring and provides feedback to site manager
- Compiles and tracks performance using the quality monitoring system
- Participates in customer listening programs to identify needs and expectations
- Provides actionable data to internal support groups as required
- Coordinates call calibration sessions for contact center agents
- Provides feedback and suggests improvement measures to team leaders and managers
- Prepares and analyzes quality reports for management review
- Develops SOPs and scripts for contact center agents
- Contributes to standardizing procedures for a uniform approach
- Conducts weekly quizzes and provides feedback to the team
- Trains and coaches contact center agents on new policies or updates
- Acts as a CSR when necessary
- Participates in training and development activities as recommended by management
- Adheres to set schedule and demonstrates flexibility for shift timings
- Performs any other task assigned by management
