Job Description
Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for assessing the performance quality of our global service desk support agents. This includes monitoring inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat responses to evaluate demeanor, accuracy, customer service, and policy adherence. The QA Analyst assists in developing and implementing call center quality processes, provides actionable data, and conducts call calibration sessions. Other duties include preparing quality reports, providing feedback, and adapting to client needs.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated & detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and analytical skills
- Proficient in technical processes and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Service Now is a plus
