Job Description
We are seeking a QA Chat Support Executive to join our team at Planlab Solution. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance for chat support and a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field. This full-time position offers flexible shift timings and is located in Model Town Link Road.
Compensation: Market competitive salary between Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor chat interactions, analyze performance metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction.
