Job Description
User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD is on the lookout for a highly technical and detail-oriented QA & Customer Support Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in mobile and web application QA, outstanding communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA testing for mobile applications and websites.
- Provide exceptional customer support and respond to inquiries in fluent American English.
- Efficiently troubleshoot user issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of QA tools and testing methodologies.
- Must reside near DHA Multan.
Hourly Rate: $2.50 – $3.50, Contract length: 6 months, Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.
