Job Description
MTBC seeks a QA Lead with 4+ years of experience to lead testing for desktop and web applications in the SOMOS department (telecom and billing domains). The role includes designing and implementing automation using Java, Python, or JavaScript, authoring basic SQL queries, and overseeing QA practices.
- Proven QA methodologies and test automation experience (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub), JIRA, and Agile processes
- Strong problem-solving, documentation skills, and excellent spoken/written English
- Bachelor’s degree; morning shift; on-site in Rawalpindi; one position; gender neutral
