Qualifications: MSC (Applied Chemistry)
Experience: 8 – 10 years’ experience as a QA and QC professional
·9001-2015 Internal Quality Audit certified (Lead Auditor 9001-2015 certification is must)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Control & Assurance activities, including testing, inspection, inventory management, and team supervision.
- Establish and maintain a robust quality control system for raw materials, utilities, and finished goods.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
- Oversee Export operations for timely delivery of products to national and international consumers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and support business development projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and manage inventory levels.
- Organize training programs to enhance staff skills and departmental efficiency.
- Supervise and monitor departmental budget.
