- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing training and support for high performance standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced product quality and production efficiency.
- Address quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
